Description: This auction find listing is for a vintage Eagle Pencil Company, New York, Pencil Box/Case. The case has three drawers with pull cloth pull tabs and a top tray. Each tray is divided for specific items that were probably provided by Eagle with the case. Most do not have these original items except a few dividers. The pencil, watercolors, crayons and the pen/pencil are Eagle, along with the wood tube for lead. Other items are different brands, including metal slide tubes with red lead and the one with erasers are all Sheaffer in the top tray. The case is approximately 8-1/2" long, 3-1/8" high and 3-7/8" deep. The case still has very nice color with a decorative design, including red, gold and blue colors. Even though the lid is frayed in areas, the snaps still hold the lid secure, and the case looks extremely nice. We do not detail clean our items, only wipe down and dust for photo-taking purposes.
