The material is a guess. I am, thinking it is a rayon and maybe polyester. The buttons on the sleeves do not look like they have ever been buttoned. This comes from an estate of a woman who traveled around the world, and her clothing is top notch. This piece has been in her closet since it was bought, I am pretty sure.
