Description: This a really nice wood Evette B flat soprano clarinet. The body, barrel, and bell are marked with the "Evette, Sponsored by Buffett, Paris France" engravings. Serial number (C5898). Bell, body, and barrel are grenadilla wood. A few light scratches/abrasions are visible. There are no apparent cracks or defects noted throughout the body and the tone holes appear in excellent condition. The horn was disassembled, cleaned and polished prior to reassembly. Linkage, pivot screws and rods are all lubricated. I replaced and/ or adjusted all corks while carefully checking alignment each step of the way. All pads are new and high quality. Tenon corks are good or new and tight. Plays well with a lovely wood clarinet tone. The horn comes with a hard case. We will pick from the best serviceable cases in stock.
