Description: A lovely vintage handkerchief, with a Scottish theme. From an elderly relative's collection from her much younger days, probably from the 50's or earlier. I think it was a souvenir of a trip. This has been in storage for decades, and likely never carried. Made of yellow satin fabric, with Frae Bonnie Scotland embroidered in one corner with a thistle flower in green, white, and purple. Edged in a red, blue, and green plaid trim. Bright and colorful. First 3 photos taken without the flash, the rest with – since it is satin, it has a bit of a shimmer. In excellent condition, really as new; no stains or tears. Measures 9 ½ inches square. Please see measurements below. This handkerchief is in excellent vintage condition. Really as new. Absolutely no rips, tears, fraying, or fading whatsoever.
