The reason I think it may be an ashtray is the stem of the clover is sort of curved or cupped and could hold a cigarette very easily. It could also just as likely serve as a nut dish or candy dish. The colors are cream, brown and yellow/gold. It's a lucky FOUR leaf clover! About 6 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches tall. This bowl, dish, or ashtray is in GREAT used condition.
