The background is goldish cream sateen faux finish. We strongly recommend a paste activator or additional adhesive. Made in the USA. If papering over a vinyl wall covering already in place, a vinyl to vinyl adhesive is mandatory for a secure bond, whether the paper is pre-pasted or not.You can find several easy to use wallpaper calculators on the internet.
