Description: Vintage Hamilton Men's Watch 1970s Green Dial Self-Winding Stainless Steel Case Swiss made self-winding movement, mint green dial with applied hour markers, painted chapter ring. Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, stainless steel bracelet, signed crown, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring. Hamilton introduced the Accumatic line in 1956 and produced them in various versions through 1972. This particular model was called the Accumatic A-514 when first introduced in 1972. In 1973, Hamilton dropped the Accumatic branding and this watch was known just as the A-514 in its second, and final, year of production. This watch comes with a Swiss made (ETA) Hamilton caliber 818 automatic movement with 17 jewels. The watch features a mint condition matte finished green dial with applied hour markers with black accents and a painted minute track on the white chapter ring.
