Description: Beautiful, hand-painted covered sugar bowl and creamer set. This vintage masterpiece from Nippon, a renowned Japanese brand, has an intricate pastel color floral pattern with gold accents and wonderful attention to detail. Some of the gold on the handles of the sugar bowl and creamer show some wear from use. The sugar bowl lid has been repaired - it appears as if the "handle" of the lid broke or had a crack. It was glued back together. Very hard to see, but please view the pictures, I tried to capture it as best as possible. Creamer is 3 1/2" wide x 3" tall, sugar bowl is 4 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" tall. This set would be a delightful addition to your collection or a great set with which to start a collection!
