If any damage (it can happen to even the best packaged items) occurs buyer must provide proper documentation of damage for an insurance claim to be processed and must hold on to packaging and item(s) until claim is completed. If purchasing from me overseas I will only ship through eBay’s Global Shipping Service. If international buyer any issues must be addressed with the Global Shipping customer service.RETURNS: I take returns if it is noted on listing. I add returns to clothing and collectible items and normally electronics. 30 days is the return time from date of delivery.
