Description: Group of nine Venetian millefiori beads, probably Moretti due to their quality, all from the same era, around the 1930's. These beads most likely came from a 1930's sautoir or long flapper necklace that eventually came apart. Largest beads are 1" x 1-7/8", smallest is 1/2" in diameter. See penny for reference. Very good condition; the only damage I found is an end chip visible on the bottom large navette (football) shaped bead at the bottom left in the first photo. A very nice set of fine quality early millefiori beads in large sizes with similar early canes throughout.
