The Leamington Hotel was built in 1912 and demolished in 1990. Location 10th St & 3rd Ave Noted in the Archives:Nixon, Eisenhower, Reagan, Johnson, Humphrey and Duke Ellington all were listed in the guest book has having stayed at this hotel. Who knows maybe one or more of these famous people stayed in the room!!
