As it has a nice large opening on top. THERE IS A SMALL LEAK/HOLE, COULD BE PATCHED I'M SURE WITH LIKE JB WELD OR SIMILAR PRODUCT! THE SPOUT WORKS FANTASTIC & HAS A GREAT WATER SPRINKLE EFFECT!
