It's one of those things where a few International customers (and the post office) have led to this. We have had three issues on eBay over the last five years and they all involved International shipping, including an order earlier this year from a Portuguese women who was very nice to start with, the item was returned by the post office, she was nice again and I sent it out and despite proof of it being sent, opened a case and the shortly after, contacted eBay to get her funds. To put it lightly, she was a nightmare (as well as the post office) and I do not feel like dealing with this anymore and this transaction with this person was so unpleasant. Also, we sell lower dollar items and International shipping is quite pricey. If you are an International customer and MUST have an item, contact me and we'll see what we can do. 4) We sell a large variety of items and we guarantee the authenticity of every item. When it comes on the autograph front, we will happily refund you if the item is proven unauthentic and we highly recommend PSA/DNA. While we do our best, we make mistakes (as do legitimate authenticators and sellers) and our intent from day one is to offer the customer a positive experience and autograph fraud is simply put, theft. While we do not offer an LOA/COA as a large percentage of autographs are forgeries and everyone offers one (it defeats the purpose to be honest with you), you can print out this page for your records and works just as well as proof of purchase that holds us responsible 5) We DO combine shipping. Just contact us and tell us which items you are interested in OR purchase them outright and we will refund partial shipping. Because we sell both small and large items, it is very difficult for eBay to decipher what is being sold and what can be sent together and therefore becomes a challenge on our front.
