Description: The following are some of the tests I just now conducted: Antana plug in, power plug in, connect a speaker to "L" output. Test and feel all dials and nobs it all feels right. Not too tight, not too loose. Tune to AM, works no static, tune dial to FM works no static. Did not try Tape, Phono, AUX1, AUX2 the dial turns nicely though. Loudness work, as FM radio is playing, I press TAPE MON it cut off the radio press again radio comes back on. Press MUTE nothing happens no change to radio sound, maybe MUTE not working don't know for sure. I did not try Headphone plug. SPEAKERS selection I turn the nob back and forth a few times it looks and feels right but I did not connect anything else. BASE nob works. TREBLE works, BALANCE works, VOLUME works, and POWER button works. I want to say one more thing about the MUTE button: when I press MUTE while FM radio is playing nothing changes, not only nothing changes I also hear static every time I push the button. At this time the radio has been play 30 minutes continuously I feel around the machine, nothing hot, will let it play 2 hours while I am doing something else.
