Piece has only been lightly polished to avoid damaging the patina. Eye-popping iris style stone has the soft blue-to-green grading and chocolate brown coloring seen in Royston turquoise. It has natural striations, light webbing, tiny pitting in the center, and natural color variations. Note the 4-point beading and triple split shank with embossed accents. A stunning, one of a kind piece. Acquired from the estate of a vintage sterling silver jewelry collector and avid traveler of the Western states. Ring is unmarked.
