The only damage is to the base of the baker has a piece broken off but he stands up just like the other three so cosmetic only. The pieces are about 5 1/2" tall. SYROCO is an abbreviation for The Syracuse Ornamental Co. of New York. They are made from a composite wood. All 4 pieces for one money!
