Description: This so nice PJs ensemble for Vintage Skipper is in very good condition, no signs of overly play, just looks like it wasn’t even played with. The top has its 3 original yellow small buttons & both sleeves have frills at their hems. The elastic at the waist of the bottoms is a little stretched out, understandable with its age, but still holds good. The slippers are all original made of gold yellow felt, both with their original gold pearl buttons. There isn’t a Skipper tag on the outfit cause starting around mid 1972, Mattel decided not to label the outfits anymore with the famous tags cause it was to save money, cause times were hard beginning 1970s. Not very good for us collectors, but those outfits made after the ‘72-73s are very recognizable as original Mattel, tags or not. I’m adding a cute rag doll & baby Fonzie on his toy horse. If you’re interested in the doll, I’ll list her for you. She’s real pretty, in GREAT condition! From a smoke & pet free home, kept in controlled cool temperature room. No humidity whatsoever.
