Description: ANTIQUE STATUE OF SAINT JOSEPH HOLDING THE INFANT JESUS Offered for sale is a vintage plaster statue of Saint Joseph holding the Infant Christ in his arms. We estimate the statue to be from around the 1950s. It was previously on display at Holy Family Catholic Church in Dayton, Ohio. The statue measures approximately 21.5" tall (including the base). The only manufacturer's marking is "C.S. 121" etched on the back of the base. Condition is VERY GOOD. Due to years of handling, there are numerous small scuffs and chips, the most severe being a large scrape on Joseph's left elbow (see photos). However, there are no cracks, and there is no evidence of repair or repainting. The base sits level.
