Description: The cover is in great shape. There are no creases, tears or pealing. There is one page that is loose so it stuck out from the rest of the pages and suffered some damage on the edge. But it does not affect the patterns described. In just a simple flip through (I didn't want to risk damage) there is a small piece of where a 1.5" of scotch tape was applied.It has the original measuring tape and a smaller plastic ruler.
