On toe it is stamped with Sargent VBM #3417. The knob is in fine condition. The tote has a chip off top (see photo). The plane measures: 15" x 3". The heavy duty cutter is signed SARGENT VBM, New Haven, CT USA. The cutter measures 8 x" x 2-1/4", it has a lot of life left.... I always suggest sharpening for optimal use.
