The beautiful brooch is signed with the PAT PEND hallmark as well as TRIFARI and this hallmark was utilized from the 1930s to the mid-1950s - and this brooch is in our book on Costume Jewelry (by Julia Carroll) as design No. 160964 which was introduced in 1950 and making it 74 years old - in the book this line is called "Design group with dangling floral elements, 1950" - designed by Alfred Philippe for Trifari - the emerald green rhinestones are so beautiful and really sparkle in the light - the spinning c-clasp is in working order - measuring approximately only and weighing a very nice 15.4 grams / 0.495 troy ounces on our own small home jewelry scale - as-found estate sale purchase - Please see all photographs and utilize as a reference.
