We generally don't know the full history of our items, but we'll note any details we have that may interset you. All items are physical and in our possession. General Item & Packaging Conditions:Items sold in any condition other than NEW may have cosmetic wear, including scratches, chips, dings, or other flaws. While most pre-owned items we sell are fully functional, some may have minor functional issues. If an item has one or two minor functional problems, we'll still sell it as "Used" and note any issues in the ITEM CONDITION. However, if an item has major functional problems, we'll sell it as "FOR PARTS/NOT WORKING" when that option is available. Manufacture's boxes or packaging may have damage on occasion, including bends, tears, and other cosmetic flaws. When possible, we will repair boxes. Any manufacture's packing that is not sealed, will have a safety seal applied to it by us after the listing photos are taken. We strive to accurately describe items and to take plenty of photos from different angles so you can clearly see what you are spending your hard-earned money on. We encourage you to view the listing photos and video (if available) so you can get a visual of what you are buying. It is possible for us to miss a tiny flaw, and it may not be picked up by the camera either. Also, colors can vary depending on monitor or phone settings. Please keep this in mind. On occasion, we may use stock photos in addition to our own photos for new items that are sealed in a box. For listings with multiple quantities, you may not receive the specific unit shown in the listing photos. We are careful to not buy or sell items that have offensive odors. While we may not know the full history of an item, our items are stored in a pet-free, smoke-free, mold-free environment. Do keep in mind, however, that vintage items can have a certain odor to them. Fast Order Processing Guarantee & Shipping Details: We guarantee quick order processing within 1 Business Day or Less. We pull, pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We generally start pulling orders between 11AM-2PM Eastern Time. We have a good track-record of packing things well, so rest assured we do our best to ensure your purchase arrives as described by us. On the rare occasion we miss our processing deadline, we will refund your shipping charges. This does not apply during times when we are on vacation as eBay will automatically adjust your shipping estimate. We normally drop orders off with the carrier between 3PM-5PM Eastern Time. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship items. When we use USPS, you may see "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" within the tracking details. This means USPS has possession of the shipment, and the acceptance scan, which verifies the weight and size of the package, will be done by USPS upon departure from our local post office. We have found this to be the most efficient and fair way to handle rising shipping costs. We do offer shipping discounts when more than one item is bought in the same transaction. To receive the discount, you must add items to your cart, then purchase them all at once. If you do make multiple purchases and we can fit them into one box, we will reimburse a portion of your shipping costs. Very rarely do we offer "free" shipping, because shipping is never free to us. To offer free shipping would mean we would have to raise our prices, and we think it is more transparent to you, the buyer, by having the shipping charges clearly displayed. This also gives us flexibility to offer deeper discounts during sale events. Cancelling An Order:While we hope you do not need to cancel an order, we are happy to do it if needed. Keep in mind, because we are often shipping things out the same day, your window to cancel may be quite limited. If we've already handed the package over to the carrier, we won't be able to cancel. Instead, we ask that you REFUSE THE DELIVERY by writing REFUSED on the box, then return it to the carrier. You do not have to open a return in this case, and you will not be charged to ship the item back. If you open the package, then you will have to follow the return process to get it back to us.
