The hoods and levers are in good condition with just very light scratching and some tape residue on the stainless clamping band. The ferrules will be included but there is just one in the photo. The bike had two different types of ferrule so I will provide a matching set. Have a look at the photos to help ascertain the condition. Email if you need more photos or have any questions.
