Description: This is for a vintage mid century architechtural rare Gainey Ceramics CA glazed matte black ribbed pottery planter. Actual true height of 7 3/8 inches. Top diameter of 12 5/8 inches. Actual opening of 11 5/8 inches. Inside depth of appx 7 3/8 inches. Bottom appears to have 5 small predrilled holes but only 4 that seem to be open. There are a couple tiny area on exterior of planter. See photos. All areas shown. Photos zoomed and in bright natural light.There are areas of light discoloration water drip type areas to outside but planter must be held in bright light at a angle to really be able to see them. Inside has and shows previous usage, water calcium buildup areas. See photos. There are two small sliver chip areas on very bottom rim. See photos. Showing as planter sits and then individually. There is a small area of glazing skip under bottom rim but not damage and not visible. Wanted to make note of. A very good looking piece. Please see all photos as part of this description.
