Description: 6-Piece Lot of Vintage Melmac by Texas Ware and Park Avenue Dating back to the mid 1960's, this lot of American made melmac includes the following items:1 Texas Ware 10" dinner plate with ivy pattern3 Park Avenue 10" dinner plates with identical ivy pattern1 Unmarked 11-3/4" by 8-1/2" platter with ivy pattern1 Texas Ware 13-3/4" by 9-3/4" solid avocado green platterAll 6 items in this set are in very nice vintage condition, having fine, light scratches from normal use. They have no deep scars, no nicks or chips, cracks or stains, burn or scorch marks. Carefully hand washed and towel dried, then safely stored in our pet-free, smoke-free home, this vintage melmac will arrive ready to use.Shipping InformationDurable, but not indestructible, a thick sheet of foam packing material will be placed between the 4 plates before they are swaddled in multiple layers of bubble wrap, and packed in a snug-fitting, custom made box. The 2 platters will be prepared in the same way, then packed in their own box. Finally, the boxed items will be placed in a sturdy shipping carton lined with sheets of 5/8" Styrofoam. You will pay only the actual cost of shipping. This 6-piece set weighs exactly 3.4 pounds. Packing will likely increase shipping weight to the 5-6 pound range.
