Description: This is a one of a kind handmade soft sculpture Wee Peeple doll created by the amazing Kandra Niagra.This is "The Candy Witch" and she is one of the dolls from my collection which I purchased in 1996 from the Wee Peeple home at the Texas Renaissance Festival. She is 11" tall and signed and dated 10/95.
