No rocker. It is made from marine grade plywood. It is all one piece of wood.. Boards are sprayed with floor grade water based polyurethane..very smooth finish. Please remember this is wood so should be cared for accordingly. THIS IS STUNNING IN PERSON. Wire hangers included!!! SO MUCH work and time go into every board.
