This unit works great…has some nice heavy duty features and easy removable cleanable screen…no tools needed. I am missing feed tube pusher, the pulp collection carafe and the juice carafe. No manual inclued. You may want to do a cleaning on the unit prior to use as you would typically do with any used appliance prior to operation.
