This knife is in exceptional condition. A 2nd pattern British commando knife in this condition would make an important addition to any collection. This F/S knife measures 11 11/16" overall. The blade itself measures 6 5/8". The guard is marked with the British broad arrow, and a 'B'. The guard is also stamped 'ENGLAND'. The top of the scabbard is also stamped 'ENGLAND'. CONDITION: This vintage WW2 2nd pattern British commando knife is in excellent condition. The blade has 99% of its original finish. The blade is tipped a bit. The handle and guard are nearly perfect with no corrosion. The guard has a wiggle--the pommel has never been messed with. The scabbard is beautiful. This scabbard's keeper strap is missing--rarely does a World War 2 F-S sheath still have its elastic keeper strap.
