The recommended temperature to install your decal is between 46 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid installing your decal to hot surfaces/in direct sun light. Oracal 651 is considered a permanent vinyl and should stick to any clean, smooth hard surface. : Windows, car, metal, etc...There are 2 methods to installing your decal: a dry and wet method. How to apply: 1. Clean Surface with rubbing alcohol 2. Separate from backing3. Place Decal in position and smooth out bubbles with squeegee or credit card 4. remove transfer tape on the decal once is stuck to the surface
